Re: $56,000. Model A Speedster
To me it is a shame that the owner took a running Fordor and made it into this. Just my opinion though.

Anyone who pays a lot more than what an item is worth has a serious problem with their thought processes.
and yet, they are often somehow "loaded" with cash............. |

The speedster in question doesn't even have nice lines. A wooden boat-tail version would be much easier on the eye's because that boxy tail, just ain't cutting it in my book.

But on top of the fact that the chassis is essentially stock A, the body work looks like it was formed around the utility pole down the street. ...and I'm guessing someone is missing two bars stools. It resonated with someone I guess and that's all it takes. |

While that might seem like that statement makes sense, I could question you what is the food that you ate yesterday worth in $$ today?? New automobiles are sold each and every day to people who likely cannot resell them for what they paid for them 15 minutes earlier. Nonetheless, while things may sell for more than they are worth, to many buyers paying more than what you or I feel something is worth is still considered a value to them. |

No real performance upgrades anywhere... Stock chassis, motor, etc with some coke cans rolled on top...
I guess I have been doing it wrong this whole time. |

Re: $56,000. Model A Speedster
Come on guy’s. Whether you like it or would buy it. Someone spent a lot of time building the car. And someone liked it enough to have purchased it.
I don’t think any of us enjoy people picking apart our cars. Give them a break. Enjoy. |
