Heat stress crack from crossover. If it were me and I just wanted to drive it, I would smear heat resistant epoxy into the crack until I could replace it.

It is possible that there may be cracks into the intake ports, but I doubt it. There are no water jackets so if there is a leak you would see it on the plugs after a while but I wouldn't be concerned about anything else other than cosmetics.

Pulled the intake off last night. The heat ports where blocked with off with cuts of tin. Opposite side of crack the tin only covered 3/4 of the hole.
