I am not sure how the book is handling the fact that several months of commercial production in 1930 used the 1929 style cabs. The July-August issue of Ford Life gives a number of 3593 for domestic production and 1009 for foreign production. Where did you get your closed cab number? You should add your general location to your profile. I have owned my early '31 RDPU since 1972. It should be identical to yours except for the splash aprons and the emblem on the radiator shell.

Hey Charlie,
Can you tell me how many roadster pickups were produced in 1928? I never researched this and now after 41 years, I'm curious.
