A few things off the top of my head.....
-The float may be sunk.
-Wrong gas cap (non-vented). Remove the cap and see if that helps.
-Remove the fuel line from the carb,shove a rubber hose on and put the other end in a quart jar.Turn on the electric pump to make sure you have a good flow.
Is the pump still working when the engine is running?
Beyond that, I'm stumped.If it's still driving you crazy,you could join my support group?(Just kidding) Good luck.
