Default Wheel/Axle Maintenance

I'm still fairly new to this vintage thing. I noticed from my facebook page that we have had our 36 for a year now.

During this time I've had plenty to play with around the engine and have redone the points/timing, distributor, fuel supplies, radiator etc and it now seems quite reliable and an enormous amount of fun.

I'm now venturing further abroad and would like advice on any other areas of the car that require regular maintenance or checking. I'm particularly interest in wheels and axles (how do you grease these?), but happy for any advice.

Thanks in advance
David.

check Ebay for lub. guide or diagram. I've seen them for 41-48 fords. Shows all lub. points and lub. frequencies. Some are more often than you'd expect.
