Are you saying some one put coil overs on the front of your F1 Truck?

Sounds like 'helper' coils to assist original still in place leaf springs.
Now replacing existing leaf springs with new lowering leaf springs.

Yes that is exactly it. So I should need to buy any drop spindles or special tie rod ends or anything for these lowering springs to work? Correct?
