Default Re: First Oil Change in 50 years

This makes me concerened about my car. I have no idea when the oil was last changed before I received the car and changed the oil last summer. The oil that was drained gave no indication that it was THAT bad, but I am tempted to pull the pan and valve cover to check it out. There was a quart of oil my dad had purchased back in 2002 behind the seat. The receipt showed the purchase was for the single quart, so I can assume the oil was not changed at that time nor had it been changed until 2014.
