Lets paly what is it!
This was in the pile of parts that came with my new to me 28 Sport Coupe. At first I thought it was a Model A version of the antikythera mechanism
 Seroiusly I think its a old cam degree wheel, what do you guys think? Its marked 10-20-30-40 and the center spins.
