Value of a 26 T

I know it is quite hard to establish a value on anything without seeing it. I figured I would ask any ways as I am totally new to the T world. A transplant from Oldsmobile
I found, through a friend of a friend a 26 2 door T that has been off the road since 1944. The car is admittedly solid but will need a full interior and mechanical restoration. A 12v starter has been added so it is not 100 percent bone stock....
Any ideas on a fair price?
