Default my 94 stumbles when excelerating

Before I rebuilt my engine my 94 worked flawless for years. while rebuilding my engine I added a max 1 cam and had to go from 0.40 to 0.80 over, besides those changes everything is the same. Do you think its a possibility that my carb is jetted to small? at first I thought I had a bad power valve, changed it and no difference, messed around with timing and checked for vacuum leaks, still no different. any thoughts on this??
Thanks
Felix
