1940 ford dash bazel replacement
Hi. My 1940 ford needed the dash bazel replaced, I bought one from Dennis Carpenter it had a gasket and new clips. Do I have to take the Dash out of car or the isterment panel to replace the bazel? The clips look like they have to put on with insterment panel out. Thanks Winchester
