Default 1948-1950 F-1 Pickup Questions

Does anyone else have an F-1 Pickup made at the Long Beach Plant?
I have found a little info regarding the ID #, some state that they start off with the paint code, this particular one has LB 14 H 517. The original color is present, I was just curious about this anomaly.

Also what factory installed options were available in 50'?
So far I have discovered that a 2nd windshield wiper, 3 speed floor shift, 239 V8, heater (one note said several heaters were available?), radio, sun visor(s), and ?????
Which heaters were available?
Were turn signals a factory option?
One document stated that 358k F series, and 79k F1s were made in 1950, is there any data to break this down by each plant?

Any recommendations on where to find more info about the First Series F models?

Ok, enough gabbing. Thank you for the info!
