Default 1932 Fordor V/8 value

An 85 year old customer of mine offered me his 32 fordor V/8 sedan. It has 40k original miles. The original sheetmetal is outstanding. It's as clean as can you'll find, no patching or welding, just an awesome body. The original interior is very nice other than a replacement carpet. It does need a headliner. It has a rebuilt 37 engine (1,500 miles) and the rest of the drivetrain is original. A very clean stock original 32. Is $25,000 a fair price ?
