2 blade fan or 4 blade fan? That is the question!

In my post above, I meant that the fan on the water pump, takes horsepower to pull. Replaceing the fan with just a pulley should give a small boost. If you don't mind the electric fan it should handle the job and you could turn it off when it wasn't needed and it would draw no power at all.
