The attached photos were scanned from the Nov/Dec 1965 Antique Automobile. They were part of a four page article on a 1931 Glaser imported to the US from Denmark in 1965. It was a three owner car. The first owner ordered the car from Glaser in 1930 it was delivered mid '31 he sold it in Aug. '32, and kept it till 1963. Original engine / chassis number was A3957780. The car was fitted with 16 inch Firestone Air Balloon wheels from new. The frame and engine were painted by Glaser, and the cars' colours are pearl white and grey, with blue trim. It states in the article that Glaser built only fifty cars on A chassis. "All were different - not merely different in detail work, but in the basic designs. Especially worth noting are the headlights, bumpers, intergral trunk, windshield frame, wood and leather interior, and the doors which drop down over the frame."
