New Cut out, no lights
I put a new cut out because I did not have one on the car and now the lights and the horn don't work. I used my test light and I have power coming in to the cut out but not coming out. Is the cut out bad? The guy told me that I needed 6 volt battery and pos. ground which I have. Looking for a solution.
