Default EAB leaking water in to the oil

hey guys, well shit, my EAB is blowing water out the passenger side exhaust pipe, has duels, and believe it or not, its blowing water out the draft tube and oil fill pipe.
first I thought it was a blown head gasket, so I pulled the head, every thing looks great, so I put a new head gasket on it, changed the oil and it still does the same thing.
the block has two sleeves in it, so Im thinking when they bored it for the sleeves they hurt it somewhere.
for the life of me I cant figure how its blowing water out the exhaust and up under the manifold, coming out the draft tube and oil fill tube.
I don't have a block pressure tester, but Im goanna get or make one,
Iv got another block laying around, so I guess Ill get busy with that one, goanna pressure test and magnaflux this one first
any thoughts on how the water is getting in ?
thanks
