Default 2 Tooth Steering Box Leak

I filled the 2 tooth steering box on the tudor and quite a bit of it decided to come out around the eccentric adjusting nut. I'm not familiar with the 2 tooth box but have all of the books and took a look in those. It seems that maybe the special stud may be loose causing the leak.

I thought I'd ask before I tear it apart to take a look. I hoping I can take the nuts off an tighten the stud without removing the assy from the car.

There are no leaks anywhere else on the assy.

Oh, and maybe Penn Rite later, but not at this point.

Anyone else have this happen?
