I'm getting close to removing the quarter panels on my 28 roadster.
The hem at the bottom, from the "B" pillar to the back, is bent 180 degrees over on the sub rail. I was thinking of annealing, right at the edge of the 180, to get a clean bend back to 90 deg's. I'm thinking the bend is NOW worked hardened and should make it easier to bend back. It should make it more friendly for the bottom reveal also. Anybody done this/any thoughts ? Thanks, Dudley |
