Is this junk or a 32 part?

This was in my uncle's car. Just trying to determine if these are something I need to hang on to?

The set of rubber bumpers say 106 on them the rubber gasket says 515 on it. The screw that screws into the other sleeve has a slotted head on either end.

Any of this look familiar? Or was this just his junk can?
