32 two door front door glass fitment. How???

I remember removing the metal encased tack strips that hold the door pockets in place.
I removed one rivet and pulled them up out of the way.
I also removed the window regulator. I put the glass in from the top and once the glass was going up and down freely, I then hooked the regulator back up from the bottom and then put the screws back.
Having a helper is a good idea.
