Cotter Pin for New Flywheel Housing

For our new 12x stronger flywheel housing to pass fine point judging, does anyone know the part number or size of the cotter pin at the bottom of the flywheel housing that jiggles to keep the hole open.

I believe that it is an unpainted 7/32 x 1 inch plain steel cotter pin without an extended leg.
