Default Time to change and flush green antifreeze

Stuck the voltmeter in the radiators of the 49 Ford, 69 Camaro and 97 Jeep. All showing 275-350 millivolts. Before I research I thought I would ask the wiser heads here.
Two questions.
(1) What are you guys using?
(2) Since I live in the desert south-west I was going to dilute for a temperature of 0 to 5 above. Will that provide me with the necessary anti-corrosion?
