Default Carb on a BB

A fellow Ford friend has a 33 fire truck with the 4 cylinder engine. The engine idles fine but hesitates to rev up when he pushes the pedal. He has to push very slowly to overcome this and get the engine to rev, feels like the accelerator pump is not working. I donīt know this carb, he says it has no accelerator pump. So some of you might know this carb and a fix to get it to work a little better. Let me know - thanks!
