Hi all. I'm trying to get the wiper motor mounted on my '28 Tudor, and things aren't making sense.

I wasn't able to us the old one as a guide, as it was the wrong motor, kludged on with angle iron

First question: Does the motor mount to the windshield frame (IOW, with the mounts going through the header piece) or does it mount to the header? I have been operating on the assumption that it mounts to the windshield, and pivots with the windshield, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what sort of mount would go through the holes in the header without hanging up on them. If instead it mounts to the header, does that mean that there's no solid connection between the shaft housing and the windshield? It seems like it would have to.

Anyway. If anybody has pix of how their wiper motors are mounted, that would be much appreciate. Especially if there are pix with the interior strip not in place.
