Simplest way to replace T/O bearing on slider

I am wondering what is the most practical way to replace the throw out bearing on the slider. Transmission is out, so access is not the question. I understand these are "press fit," so the question is how do you remove the old one and install the new one? Hydraulic press for install perhaps, but removal?
