Tudor upholstery tack strip

Hi all,

Can anyone provide some advice on where/how to get new material for the 'tack strip' in the upper rear corners of my 28 Tudor? I have the metal channels that run horizontally from the top corners of the rear window around to the side rails, but they have none of the material that should be inside them for the upholstery to attach to. Parts houses don't seem to stock it. Does it come in the upholstery kits?
