Jets & Power Valves

I dis assembled a couple 97’s recently and found that neither the jets or the power valves had numbers on them. Is this normal? Is it just assumed that the sizes will be known if original?

Does anybody know of a good source for these parts? I mean quality parts, probably original or NOS parts, not Chinese crap. I have had some problems with “new” power valves.
