Default What a deal!!

Back in the sixties myself and a few friends searched old ford dealers all through most of NEW York state in search of NOS parts. There were many interesting experiences and one now comes to mind. In Camillus New York we found a storage room full of real goodies. None of had any money. We proceeded to pick out a small pile of treasures in hopes of an affordable price. The parts man turned that decision over to the owner, a friendly old fellow. He priced the chosen parts at $100.00. We didn't have $100.00 between the two of us. Sensing our dilemma he then made us another offer. He said the whole room full was $50.00 but we had to take it all !! Looking back it was an amazing haul and we made a good profit selling the surplus for 10% of what they would bring now. I have many good stories and I will continue to tell some in the future.
