Default Sun visor for passenger

This is something I would like to do for the passenger, usually my wife.

Is it possible to retrofit a sun visor inside of the windshield that is not tacky-looking (as my kids say, ghetto)? My wife is losing her sight and needs to keep her eyes out of direct sun as much as possible. And yes, she wears sunglasses, a sub visor would be extra protection.

My intent is to make the ride in our Model A comfortable and enjoyable for my wife while preserving her vision.

Just curious.
