1929 Ford Model A. Front Windshield shifted on hinge

1929 Ford Model A. Front Windshield frame has shifted (assumed from past restoration) and is now slightly misaligned horizontally preventing closure.

I noticed screws along inside hing. Anyone know if the frame could be shifted back on the hing or is this something that is more intrusive to be resolved?

Was digging around for info but had no luck so I thought I would ask the experts here.
