Wink Painting Project Update

Well, it has been a while since I gave you an update on my truck. I am finding out that painting a body is very much a combination of art and science, but am happy to report that finished pieces have started coming back home. Finally!

I am finished with everything but the bed and tailgate. I am also going to redo one of the fenders and splash shields. Other than that, everything looks great. I also have the engine looking pretty good. Putting it back together sure is a lot slower than taking it apart. No kidding!

I still think it is funny that they call this color gunmetal blue. Anyway, here are a few photos. More to come this week when I bring the cab home.
