Transmission Clutch release shaft, no grease fitting case

Hello, can anyone tell me what clutch release shaft to use with my case?
it's a 18-7006 casting and does not have any grease fitting holes in left or right side for the clutch release shaft. (see arrows)

I'm assuming the shaft has a grease fitting in the end?
Or how do the bushings stay lubed? All My other cases have fittings
Again any help would be appreciated greatly.
