Sorry to hear of your troubles. I've had the opposite experience. FedEx has been very problematic and UPS has been spot on. I have a FedEx account. Numerous times things are gone to a hub and then vanished off their system. Thankfully, in a few days, the items have been delivered. I only use them since they are the only local hub near me. UPS only has a retail location which adds to the overall shipping cost.
My friend is a Snap-On dealer and only uses UPS since FedEx has caused him fits. We live in NJ and I wonder if the quality of service may be a regional issue. |
