Default Flathead Ted's Special Roller Pin Installation

I have a deluxe Flathead Ted's Brake Energizer Kit. There are no instructions on how to install what are called the special roller pins. I assume they go to the front brakes with the large head to the inside of the shoe and a regular roller on the outside along with the cotter pin. This would eliminate contact with the old roller track and keep the cotter pin from hanging up. The inner head would then contact the centering plate. Is this right? I've sent a message to Ted but haven't heard back.
