This is my first thread in over two years. It's good to be back.
When I just got back from being away in Hong Kong for 18 months, Old Henry's battery was dead beyond recharging so I went and got another from NAPA like I always have. Unfortunately, one of the lead 6 volt replica battery bars had left the battery and the outfit I bought them from so many years ago was also gone. So, I read up on sand casting and got some wheel balancing lead from the tire store and planned to cast me some new ones. Then I remembered that one of my genius sons had a 3D printer. I sent him a picture of the old lead bar and asked him if he could make me a couple like it and, Shazam! he whipped 'em right out in no time. If anyone else would like some, I think I could send you his file to make them on your 3D printer. (I hope two pictures are attached but not sure I remember how to do that. If not, I'll try again.)
