ericr Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2012 Posts: 1,542	Demise of the Ford Tri-Motor has anyone ever heard that the plane crash that killed Knute Rockne and others in a wood-bodied Fokker tri-motor had the impact of ending the popularity of the Ford Tri-Motor, since the two planes looked alike?
