Source for 47 lower front shock studs??

Converting to 47 over to airplane shocks, I already have the 1948 style upper mounts. I’m looking for the stud that goes in where the original shock would have, but will fit the modern shocks. Does anybody sell these?
Picture shows where they go, the little Mickey Mouse ears right above the axle. One side holds sway bar, other holds shock.
