I have the original 3 speed on the column transmission that about fivery years ago shortly after I rebuilt the thing the cone gear and slide gear was damaged. I purchased (at the time) a transmission to fill the gap but since day one I noticed (I think) an ever so slight difference in gear ratios.
So I'm attempting to truly identify this cone gear as there are about 15 different ones that will fit. I have the following tooth count 29,24,18, & 14 with the shaft approx. 1 1/8 inches. I believe the correct number s 022A-7113A. I'm hoping to be sure I'm correct as I need to buy one and also a slide gear with 29 teeth. Any help is appreciated! Bob |
