'32 - '34 Front Brake Rod Support, B-2502 Source

Is there a source for these supports in the reproduction market? It seems Bob Drake is out of stock and not going to produce again soon. I've checked with several suppliers and all are out of stock. Are there any other manufacturers of these reinforced rubber supports? I'm looking for a pair for my '34 Fordor project. A NOS pair would work but those are hard to find also.
