Visual ID a couple things

Hi all,

I was looking at a Craigslist ad for a '29 Fordor and it had this photo, which contained some elements I had trouble identifying. Wondering if someone here knows. (I do recognize the Aermore exhaust whistle kit under the carb.)

1. These seams on the firewall are unfamiliar to me, anyone know these?
2. Is this a Zenith carb? Doesn't quite look right to me.
3. Anyone familiar with this intake manifold with the flat top and a port on the end (presumably for some gauge)?

Listing says it's a Schwalm's engine but no other specifics.
