Default 1931 Ford roadster original or repro windshield.

I know that a repro windshield frame is made for a 1930-1931 Deluxe roadster but I wonder if mine is worth restoring if it is an original Ford or itself a repro. The only reason I think it may be an original is that nothing much has been done to this car since the fifties or mayby the sixties. If it is a repro how can I tell? The corners seem to fit good and the glass looks replacement and is 1/4" thick or better. It is not chrome plated, mayby was but someone went cheap and painted it silver or somesort of gray. It would have to be stripped and a couple extra holes filled in on it before plating but it seems solid.Just wondering if it would be better than the current ones made. The extra holes are on the top where the "restorer" drilled for a closed car rear view mirror and the wrong wiper motor. He used whatever he had on hand
