gas man Member Join Date: Apr 2019 Location: Corona socal. Posts: 33	what Ford axle shafts are the same as 39 merc? I have a 39 merc that's stock . I need 2 rear axle shafts . do any of the Ford axles match ? I'm redoing the brakes , should I just bight the bullet now and switch to the 40 and later brakes now ? thanks for helping a young guy out that's new to mercs.
