Model a rear end

Hi. I’m a new guy from Nevada and I’m not very computer literate so my son helped me get set up here. My grandpa bought 29 pickup new and I’m the second owner. I drove it to school in high school years. That was 50 years ago and now I’m restoring it. I’m doing all my own work but I need a little guidance from time to time. Hope you guys can help. The axles on both sides have maybe an eighth of an inch wiggle up ab down, not end play. Is this normal and the bearing and tapered shaft carry and center it or do I need to disassemble and replace parts. Thanks
