28/29 Phaeton tom measurements needed

I have a new set of repo top irons and bows. I need to know the width of the irons at the top, so when I get the top fabric it will fit. I can vary the width by inserting the bows more or less.


Also the bow above the drivers head has an offset. Does the long side go up or down?


Any help will be appreciated.
