Default Help on Serial Number

Hi, everyone! I'm new here because I am tackling a first restoration and am having a little difficulty deciphering my plates. It seems most pages I found are blank or info doesn't match my numbers.
The serial # is 473BK55-16207 (I believe the 73B is the Custom fordor sedan and the 16207 is the production number. What are the rest?

Trim GC, Paint 11, Model 473B, Body 7102C, one other number I can find is CDB55. Any help on these codes would be nice.

Also, I am having an issue with the solenoid. It is chattering very loudly, battery is new. I believe that when the original didn't work well, I swapped out with another but it didn't say the voltage. Car is a 6v positive ground. The solenoid isn't stamped with the voltage. So, the question is, if it is a 12v solenoid, will it chatter because it is not drawing enough voltage to click all the way?

Thanks for any help.
