Default need to change position of tie rod on steering

I need to reverse position of tie rod on my spindle from top to bottom on a steering conversion job. The Ford spindle I am using will accept a tie rod from the top and I need to reverse it so that I can attach the tie rod the opposite way in order to clear the wishbone. in other words the taper is the wrong way.

How can this be accomplished ? what are my options. The steering spindle and king pins can be easily moved.

A close measurement now is .533" on bottom and top is .596
I need to reverse this
Will a ball joint reamer do the job ?
