Default Quick sanity check - 41 pu headlamp wiring.

Just checking.

I'm wiring the headlamps on my 41 pu. I have the wiring loom running along the left frame rail, terminating near the hole in the inner fender. from here I intend to run a harness into the left hand headlamp unit. That's a no brainer and pretty straightforward. My question is, where do you route the harness that runs across the vehicle to the right hand headlamp? My instinct tells me to run it across the brace at the top of the grille. Is that correct?

Would I be right in thinking there would have been a short link harness over to the right hand side, and both headlamp units would have had the same length flying leads coming off, connecting just inside the holes in the inner fender?

I intend to put a long lead on the right hand unit, long enough to reach the left hand inner fender, hence doing away with one set of connectors. But I digress. I just wanted to check the correct routing across the truck.

Thanks in advance, Mart.
