Let me try this again as I am constantly learning...

The photo shown is not using 58/ steel shim exhaust manifold gaskets (B8T 9448-A) but Spark Plug Heat Shields (B5A 12299-A).

B5A 12299-A Shield is available from Dennis Carpenter if cannot be found NOS.
