Model A Engine Builder

I'm new to the Model A universe, having discovered sharing a garage with the owner of a '30 pickup can be contagious! I recently acquired a pretty decent '30 roadster, and am looking for a good Model A rebuilder who can update, improve the motor with new bearings, counterbalanced crank, perhaps a little more compression. I live in the Vancouver B.C. Area, and would like to find someone in the Pacific Northwest who's got the skill and experience. Any input greatly appreciated.
